Things to Consider for Salary Range in Kuwait Jobs

In current market and economic situation, every person feels to be anxiety for future. In this situation, it is your right to have a good salary range when you search for job vacancies in Kuwait. Current economic situation have not only effected lives of employees but also financials of employers. We have seen lot of cases where employers are unable to offer a good salary range in Kuwait. However, if you have stuck in such case, then there are other alternatives by using them, you can take benefits from your employer that have value as your salary is increased. Here are different alternatives that you can use to have benefits from your employer;

Negotiate Work Timing:

If your employer is offering salary range, that is market competitive but however, your expenses are more than your salary range then you can negotiate with work timing. You can ask your employer to increase your work timing and increase pay accordingly. Just for example if you are getting 2,000 Kuwaiti Dinars for 8 hour job and you feel that it is less according to your expenses then you can ask your employer to set 10 hours of your work and increase your salary according to it. In case your employer is paying less than market then you will need to negotiate to make less so that you may be able to do a part time job to cover your expenses.

Revising Health Insurance:

Most of people could have higher expenses on their health of their family. To decrease their expenses, they can negotiate with their employer about health insurance of their family members. Some employers provide health insurance that limits to just wife/husband or children of employee but they don’t provide insurance for health of their parents. Hence, if that person faces some issues related with health of his parents then he will have to face many expenses. To decrease such expenses, employees can ask their employer to issue health insurance for their parents also.

Free Parking:

Many employees pay high parking fee to park their vehicles. These parking fees are burden on their pockets and hence at the end, they don’t have left much saving. To less these burdens while doing job in Kuwait, they can ask their employer to offer a free parking. If there is not a facility for free parking then employees can ask their employers to pay parking fee without cutting it off from their salary.

Training Opportunities:

Many employees spend a big amount of their salary on their training. Further there are also some of employees that continue their education to get higher degree. Hence, at the end, they don’t get enough saving to spend on their family. In such cases, they can negotiate with their employer to bear their training and further educational expenses so that these may not be burden on their pocket anymore. So, even if they will have less payment, value of expenses on their training and education will give them profit as increment in their salary.
